Attorney Profile
Overview of Practice
I have been in private practice mainly in the area of marital and family law since January 2001. During the years, I have also practiced, at various times, in the following areas: criminal law, dependency, juvenile delinquency, wills and estate planning, probate, traffic tickets, workers’ compensation, social security law, and civil matters. Currently my main focus is on divorce and family law, however, I do offer assistance to my clients in these other areas. I serve clients in northern Florida, to include, Duval County, Nassau County, Clay County, and St. John’s County.
My paralegal, Nannette, has been practicing in marital and family law since 1992. She has been with me for almost three years. When you contact my office, she is typically the one answering the phone and assisting with your needs.
I am married and haven three children and a stepdaughter. I personally understand divorce and what it takes to blend a family. It is not easy but it can be fulfilling. Unfortunately, for most people, second marriages end in divorce because of the children. That is why it is important to seek family counseling before things get bad.
